Made poplar in the 70's, the astatic & tone of Acrylic drums remains a popular choice among drummers today. While we expermented with "seamless acrylic" like the average importer, at SALT we have found making them in America with Cast Acrylic Sheets provides a rich instrument which is less prone to cracking & scratching.
Each acrylic snare shell is hand crafted in-house with secret process using 100% USA materials.
